Michelle Ling has extensive experience in aquatic education and management, currently serving as the Manager of Education Programs and Manager of Learn to Swim at Life Saving Victoria since October 2018. Prior roles at YMCA Victoria from July 2011 to October 2018 included Center Director, Aquatic Specialist, Aquatics Director, and Swimming Teacher. Additionally, Michelle held the position of Senior Competition Supervisor at Life. Be in it SA Inc from July 2010 to July 2012. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Leadership and Management from AFL Sports Ready (2015), a Diploma in Sports (Development) from Chisholm Institute (2009-2010), and a Diploma in Business Management from Chisholm Institute (2008).
