Paul Hackwell

Mr. Hackwell has served as a member of the board of directors since June 2015. Mr. Hackwell is a Partner at TPG, a global alternative asset firm, and an affiliate of the Company, where he co-leads the Consumer group. Mr. Hackwell joined TPG in 2006. He was involved in TPG’s investments in Adare Pharmaceuticals, Aptalis Pharma, Arden Group (Gelson’s), AV Homes, Norwegian Cruise Line, Playa Hotels & Resorts, and Taylor Morrison, including serving as a director of Playa Hotels & Resorts (NASDAQ: PLYA).
