Alyona Karpenko has extensive experience in the legal field, primarily in commercial law and telecommunications. Alyona has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Junior Legal Advisor at RSM International from June 2012 to September 2013. Alyona then worked as a Junior Legal Advisor at Vodnaya Tekhnika from March 2014 to September 2014. From October 2014 to February 2017, Alyona served as a Leading Legal Advisor at Fokstrot, where they provided legal support for marketing, advertising, and intellectual property matters. Since February 2017, they have been with lifecell Ukraine, initially serving as a Leading Legal Advisor and later as the Head of Commercial Legal Support Unit. Currently, Alyona holds the position of Head of Legal Department at lifecell Ukraine. Their responsibilities at the company include consulting on commercial issues, unfair competition matters, IP, e-commerce, advertising, and contractual law.
