Oleksandr Shynkar is currently serving as the Head of the key account sales unit for the South & West regions at lifecell Ukraine since October 2016. Prior to this, Oleksandr worked at Укртелеком as the Head of the sales and service department for corporate clients in the Southern macro-region. With a background in corporate sales and management, Oleksandr has also held positions at Intertelecom, Телесистемы Украины, and Галицкие контракты. Oleksandr holds a Specialist degree in Physics and Technology from РГПИ.
