Roman Yaroshenko has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and security. Roman started their career at OTP Bank in 2008 and held the position of Head of IT Audit. In this role, they were responsible for planning and performing IT audits using international best practices, analyzing IT processes and systems, automating audit activities, and managing the audit team. Roman also developed audit methodology, assessed risks, and provided recommendations for risk mitigation. In 2015, they joined lifecell Ukraine as the Chief Information Security Officer, where they continue to work. Additionally, they served as an IT Audit Expert at lifecell Ukraine from 2015 to 2022.
Roman Yaroshenko attended Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's degree in Radiophysics and Electronics. Roman further pursued their education at the same university from 2004 to 2008 and obtained a Specialist degree in Finance.
