Nebeyu Zewdie is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and biotechnology, currently serving as a Fermentation Technician at Lifecore Biomedical since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Production Technologist at General Mills from October 2018 to September 2021, Research Assistant Lecturer at Bahir Dar Institute of Technology from September 2017 to August 2018, and Associate Researcher at Future Food Institute from September 2016 to August 2017. Additional experience encompasses an engineering internship at Hochschule Fulda and a Graduate Teaching Assistant position at Bahir Dar University. Nebeyu Zewdie holds a Master's degree in Software Development from Maharishi International University, a Master of Science in Engineering from both the University of Salerno and Corvinus University of Budapest, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Bahir Dar University.
