Ginger Butler

Ginger Butler currently serves as the Senior Vice President of HR for Canada at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, a position held since October 2020, following a tenure as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent. Previously, Ginger held multiple director-level HR roles at Bell from January 2016 to October 2020, overseeing areas such as mobility, small business, and network and IT divisions. Prior experience includes a Director of Human Resources role at Aon and similar positions at Sanofi, CBC, Deloitte, and EY, demonstrating a robust background in organizational development and human resources. Ginger holds an MBA and an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Certificate in Labour Relations from Queen's University.
