Currently serving as Vice President of Product & Platforms, Channels & Customer Experience at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, Judy previously held significant positions at TELUS, where achievements included leading experience design, modernizing customer interactions, and developing key mobile applications that enhanced client experience and reduced costs. With a solid foundation in marketing and product development from roles at Clearnet and Tandem International, Judy has a proven track record in driving business outcomes through data-led strategies. Educationally, Judy holds a BComm(Hons) from Queen's University and has furthered professional growth with executive education from prestigious institutions including INSEAD and the Rotman School of Management.
