Lindsey Dole

Lindsey is the SVP of People at Updater. She loves helping build companies. She is responsible for talent acquisition and development, people experience and alongside the other executives, building and nurturing culture. With her previous role leading People at Tumblr (growing them from 60 employees to 300 and managing through a $1.1B acquisition to Yahoo), her masters in Organizational Psychology, and now in her second startup (Updater, growing them from 30 to 215 and acquiring 2 companies), she has a variety of People Ops experience. Lindsey’s knack for building successful People functions is as much about strong values as it is about humor and fun.
