Janae McFadden

Janae McFadden, MPH, is a skilled Performance Improvement Consultant currently at Cedars-Sinai since July 2023, with extensive experience in program management and behavioral health. At LifeLong Medical Care, Janae has been instrumental in managing a $3M incentive-based grant project aimed at enhancing mental health support for Black and Latinx perinatal patients. Previous roles include Project Manager II at L.A. Care Health Plan, where oversight of complex project portfolios was a key responsibility, and various positions at Alameda County involving project coordination and grant management.
