Steve Julian

Steve Julian, MD, MBA, CPE, FACS, is currently serving as Associate Medical Director at LifeNet Health and as a Public Health Physician for the Virginia Department of Health, where also holds the position of Acting Medical Director for the Hampton & Peninsula Health districts. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University and President of Sentara Obici Hospital, where Julian was a leader in the Western Tidewater Division. Experience includes serving as Vice President of Medical Affairs at Peninsula Regional Medical Center and as a certified Staff Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgeon with a focus on multidisciplinary thoracic oncology. Academic credentials encompass an MBA in Health Care Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MD from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Julian also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech.
