Jim Ferris

Jim Ferris is a seasoned audio-visual and telecommunications engineer with extensive experience in managing video conference systems and voice services. Currently serving as an Audio Visual Engineer at Lifepoint Health® since March 2016, Jim oversees over 100 video conference devices and is involved in voice services, AV vendor coordination, and the management of wireless presentation devices. Prior roles include positions at State Farm Insurance, where Jim supported video conference systems and executed significant upgrades, and various technical and managerial roles at companies like Detroit Arsenal, RGIS, and Expanets, where Jim was responsible for the maintenance and administration of various PBX systems and telecom infrastructure.
