Tess Freeman is an experienced payroll and HR professional, currently serving as Payroll Manager, HR Assistant, and Recruiter at SCRAM Systems since October 2016. Tess has effectively led the implementation of HRIS systems, including ADP and Paylocity, ensuring successful migration and configuration. As the Owner/Operator of Miller Haus Family Shepherds since August 2015, Tess oversees breeding operations, which ceased in 2019. Previously, Tess held the position of Director of Payroll Operations at ComputerEase Software Inc. and Midwest CPA LLC, where responsibilities included designing custom payroll systems and implementing software platforms. Tess began a career at Paychex in 2003 as a Payroll/Senior Tax Specialist and Management. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Law at Miami University, Tess possesses a foundational education from Talawanda High School.
