Kai Ma has a diverse work experience, starting as an Independent Consultant and Columnist at Keep from May 2015 to May 2020. They then worked as a Systematic Reviewer at the University of Oxford from August 2018 to February 2021. After that, Kai Ma joined Pharmaron as a Scientist from September 2021 to January 2023. In 2017, Kai Ma co-founded MINDS Ltd., a digital start-up focused on evidence-based fitness, where they served as a Co-Founder and worked with a team of experts. Lastly, Kai Ma is currently working as a Business Analyst at Lifescience Dynamics Limited since January 2023.
Kai Ma completed a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) degree in Organic Chemistry at the University of Oxford from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, Kai obtained a Master of Science (MSci) degree in Chemistry from Imperial College London, graduating in 2014. In 2012 and 2013, Kai also attended the Imperial College Business School, where the field of study is not specified. Before attending university, Kai completed GCE A-level studies at the Cambridge International Centre in Shanghai, from 2008 to 2010.
