Shannon Steele has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, holding various leadership roles over the years. Shannon served as the Vice President of Operations at LifeStance Health, Senior Vice President of Operations at Invo Healthcare, Vice President of Care Management at CareSource, and Director of Home Modalities at DaVita Kidney Care. Additionally, Shannon has experience as the Director of Care Management at Molina Healthcare, a Speaker at Amgen, a Facility Administrator and Licensed Master Social Worker at DaVita, and a Licensed Master Social Worker at Columbus Hospice, Inc. & Columbus Hospice of AL. Their roles have involved clinical documentation system redesign, program development, facility management, patient support, and counseling on end-of-life issues.
