Steven Bassi has extensive experience in financial management and operations, currently serving as Head of Treasury Operations at Lifestory since January 2016, overseeing treasury management for a £500m facility and various debt portfolios while managing relations with equity investors. Prior roles include Implementation Project Manager at Raymond Brown Group Ltd, where Steven focused on new Financial/ERP system integration, and consultancy work with Blue Ventures Conservation Madagascar to enhance local finance operations. As Divisional Finance Manager at Balfour Beatty plc, Steven played a key role in restructuring following a business acquisition, while earlier positions at Dean & Dyball Civil Engineering Ltd encompassed Group Financial Controller and Accounts Department Manager, where steven implemented systems to significantly increase company turnover. Steven began their career at Siemens Plessey Systems and Willis Parsons English, gaining foundational accounting and audit experience.
