Dena' Connar is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Lifestyle Communities since July 2025. Previously, Dena' held various roles at Amtrak, where responsibilities included managing a team of recruiters and driving strategic hiring initiatives across multiple business lines. Dena' also worked as the Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Strategy Manager at AAA Club Alliance, where duties involved overseeing recruitment strategies, developing a DEI plan, and creating engagement plans for trade schools and universities. With a background that includes roles at Penske Truck Leasing, BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and AmeriCorps, Dena' possesses a wealth of knowledge in talent acquisition and people management.
