Robert Grosso has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Robert began their career at Federated Merchandising Group in 1996, where they held the roles of Sr Merchandiser for Tabletop Housewares and Sr Sourcing Manager for Home Decor until 1999. Robert then joined Macy's as a Buyer for Cutlery, Flatware, Kitchen Gadgets, and Moderate Cookware. In 2003, they moved to Linens N Things as a Sr Buyer for Storage and Organization until 2005. Since 2005, Robert has been working at Lifetime Brands, where they hold the position of VP CMO for the Kitchenware Division.

Robert Grosso received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Geological Sciences and Biological Sciences from SUNY @ Geneseo, where they attended from 1975 to 1979.
