Cossy Pachares

Cossy Pachares, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Cossy began their career in 1988 at ExxonMobil, where they worked as a Financial and Operating Coordinator for six years. In 1994, they joined Steidley & Neal Attorneys At Law as a Legal Administrator, a position they held for five years. In 1999, they transitioned to Express Employment Professionals, where they served as the Owner for a year. Cossy then moved on to work at McCord Consumer Direct in 2000 as the Director of Finance and Corporate Controller. The following year, they joined Lifeway Christian Resources, starting as Manager Business Performance for the Church Resource Division. Over the years, they held various positions within Lifeway, including Vice President and COO of B&H Publishing Division, President of Lifeway Retail Division, and Vice President and Corporate Controller. Cossy Pachares's most recent position at Lifeway Christian Resources is Vice President and Corporate Controller, a role they have been in since 2017.

Cossy Pachares, CPA completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with double majors in Accounting and Finance from Baylor University, where they were enrolled from 1984 to 1988. They also hold the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
