Tara Brown has 10 years of work experience in various roles. Tara started their career as an Assistant Media Planner at Carat USA in July 2011 and was later promoted to Media Planner in November 2012. In 2014, they joined Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as a Sr Digital Media Strategist before becoming a Marketing Manager for their subsidiary, West Elm, in June 2017. Tara then took a break and traveled the world from June 2017 to February 2018, documenting their adventures on their blog and growing their Instagram following. After returning, they worked as a Marketing Manager and then Senior Marketing Manager at Brilliant Earth from May 2018 to August 2019. Currently, Tara is the Director of Customer Success at LiftLab, a company that focuses on quantifying the impact of marketing spend on revenue using advanced analytics and specialized media experiments.
Tara Brown attended UC Santa Barbara from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies with a minor in Spanish.
