Jeremy Gilbert

Jeremy Gilbert started their work experience in 2016 at Rising Sun Energy Center as a Green Energy Training Program Coordinator. In this role, they analyzed program success using Salesforce, oversaw data import and file audit, and managed client intake. Jeremy then joined Liftoff Mobile in 2018 as a Junior Salesforce Administrator, and later transitioned to become a Salesforce Administrator. In 2020, they became a Software Engineer in Solutions, and in 2022, they assumed the role of Software Engineer, Partner.

Jeremy Gilbert obtained a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies Field (ISF) from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2014 to 2016. In 2019, they received an Award of Completion in Computer Programming from UC Berkeley Extension. Jeremy also holds several certifications, including Administrator Certification Maintenance from Salesforce in Spring '22, Spring '21, Spring '20, and Spring '19. Jeremy obtained the Administrator Certification Maintenance in Winter '19 and Summer '18. Additionally, they have certifications in Desktop 1: Fundamentals from Tableau Software and Salesforce Administrator SU17. Jeremy has completed various modules and courses on Salesforce Trailhead, including Accounts & Contacts, AppExchange Basics, Build a Suggestion Box App, CRM Basics for Salesforce Classic, Chatter Basics, Data Management, Data Modeling, Data Quality, Data Security, Formulas & Validations, Identity Basics, and Leads & Applications.
