Jes Osrow

Jes Osrow, SHRM-SCP, PAHR, is a co-founder of The Rise Journey, which specializes in designing strategies to foster optimal team dynamics and sustainable organizational culture with an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). With extensive experience in consulting roles, Jes has been instrumental in launching employee resource groups (ERGs), establishing mentorship programs, and advising various organizations on strategic initiatives. Notable contributions include roles at Liftoff Mobile, SingleSprout, Disclo, Chronically Capable, and Quartet Health, where leadership in DEI and organizational development has been recognized.
