Patrick Nako

Patrick Nako has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Patrick started their career as an HTML Editor/Systems Administrator at the Berglund Center for Internet Studies in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an IT Specialist at Curriculum Research & Development Group, providing help desk support and managing hardware provisioning.

In 2014, Patrick also served as an IT Coordinator for Summer Programs at The Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii. Patrick joined Apple in 2014 and held various roles, including Specialist, Family Room Specialist, and Genius. At Apple, they provided customer support and assistance with technical issues.

Following their time at Apple, Patrick worked as a Field Technician at Amazon from 2016 to 2017. Patrick then joined Playground Global in 2017, where they initially served as an Infrastructure Support Engineer, responsible for help desk support and network equipment configuration. Patrick eventually transitioned to the role of Senior Infrastructure Engineer, taking on additional responsibilities such as managing VM infrastructure and implementing storage solutions.

In 2020, Patrick joined Subconscious as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, where they played a key role in managing SaaS accounts and implementing connectivity solutions for clients. Patrick later joined Facebook in 2021 as an Enterprise Support Tech, providing frontline global support and mentoring new techs. Patrick achieved high customer satisfaction ratings and demonstrated expertise in resolving technical issues.

Most recently, Patrick joined Liftoff Mobile in 2022 as an IT Support Specialist. Overall, their work experience showcases their technical skills, customer service abilities, and versatility in various IT roles.

Patrick Nako has a history of pursuing education in computer science and information technology. In 2010, they attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa to study computer science for a brief period. In 2011, they enrolled at Pacific University, where they continued their studies in computer science for a year. In 2012, Patrick attended Kapi'olani Community College to explore the field of information technology. Alongside their education, they obtained a certification in JNCIA from Juniper Networks in June 2018.
