Michael Zervas, Ph.D., is an experienced leader in the field of nanotechnology and semiconductor manufacturing. Currently serving as Chairman at Ligentec France and CTO & co-founder of LIGENTEC SA, Michael has held various key positions, including Process Engineer at Intel Corporation and Research Associate at IBM Research Zurich, where significant contributions were made to the development of deep through-silicon vias and interlayer cooling technologies for 3DIC applications. Michael's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Nanotechnology and two Master's degrees in Nanotechnology and Applied Physics from prestigious institutions such as EPFL and the National Technical University of Athens.
