Karolis Neimontas possesses extensive experience in the field of laser technology and research and development. Currently serving as the Head of the Research and Development department at Light Conversion since September 2013, Karolis has held various roles including R&D manager, product line manager, and laser engineer. Previous positions include Sales Consultant at UAB "AMI Sprendimai," Laser Field Service Engineer at Altos Photonics, and Product Group Manager at IĮ "Adneda." An academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from ISM University of Management and Economics and a Master of Science in Material Sciences and Semiconductor Physics from Vilnius University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the same institution.
