Matas Girdauskas is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in team leadership and software development. Currently serving as Software Engineering Team Lead and previously as Software Engineer at Light Conversion since December 2013, Matas has demonstrated expertise in managing engineering teams and developing software solutions. Prior to this role, Matas worked as a Web Developer at Welford Media from April 2012 to December 2013. Matas holds a Master's degree in Informatics from Vilnius University, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2015. Additionally, Matas participated in a program at Hanze in 2014.
