Mikas Urbsas

Electronics Engineer at Light Conversion

Mikas Urbsas is an experienced electronics engineer with a strong background in research and development, specializing in complex electronics design and production firmware development. Currently at Light Conversion since February 2018, Mikas collaborates with photonics experts on bespoke projects for scientific customers. Previous experience includes a role at Kongsberg NanoAvionics, where Mikas was responsible for satellite sub-system design and validation, and a position at UAB Tiny Solutions, focusing on hardware solutions for industrial automation. Mikas began a career at Rolls-Royce as an undergraduate intern, contributing to improvements in jet engine assembly processes.
