Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Light Conversion since March 2019, Mindaugas focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and problem-solving to optimize processes and reduce costs. Previously, in roles as a Laser Engineer and Laser Technician at Light Conversion, Mindaugas was involved in adjusting components and fine-tuning laser systems based on advanced techniques. Prior experience includes working as an Equipment Development Engineer at Schmitz Cargobull Baltic UAB, where production layouts were developed. Mindaugas's educational background includes a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University along with a Bachelor's degree in Transport Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brno University of Technology.
