Sofia T. is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Product Design and Head of Design at Light-it since April 2022, where the focus is on creating digital products for healthcare start-ups. Sofia has a solid background in UX/UI design, exemplified by work with the World Bank Group as a consultant, designing content for newsletters reaching over 10,000 individuals. Previous roles include Art and Marketing Direction at Mosaic Puzzles and Design Lead at Arion, where Sofia led the UX/UI team to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additional experience includes brand and communications roles at MVD Consulting and Alorica. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidad ORT Uruguay and has completed a course in Creative Advertising.
