Jeff Schoonover

Jeff Schoonover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and application management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Support at Lightbeam Health Solutions since December 2021, Jeff has a solid background that includes various roles at UBC from November 2012 to December 2021, such as Manager of Production Support, Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, and Software Developer. Jeff also gained experience as an Application Support Specialist at United BioSource Corporation from August 2009 to March 2012, where responsibilities included application training and support. Early career experience includes working as a system technician at The LLB Group from April 2008 to August 2009. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Houghton University, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
