Ashley Crotty is a seasoned professional in account management and client services with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager in C&E Solutions at LightBox since 2012, Ashley focuses on mentoring Client Services, establishing best practices, and enhancing the skills of Account Managers. Prior to LightBox, Ashley was a Strategic Client Manager at EDR from 2007 to 2012, where a positive consultative relationship was maintained with Strategic Clients while exceeding revenue retention goals. Ashley's career began at VF Corporation, where management skills were honed through recruiting and developing staff while analyzing sales reports to achieve revenue targets.
