Kylie Little

Kylie Little is an experienced leader in the startup and venture capital space, currently serving as the Head of Ecosystem at Lighter Capital since July 2025. As the Director and founder of The Growth Business, Kylie provides advisory services to support founders in launching and scaling their startups. Previous roles include Director and Climate Tech Lead at KPMG Australia, Strategic Advisor at Entiire, and Managing Director at The Parent Brand's Babyology. Kylie's career has also encompassed positions such as CEO at Wayfair Australia and General Manager at Fairfax Digital's Essential Baby. Kylie's educational background includes a BA in Communications from the University of Newcastle and a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
