Heather Roszczyk

Heather Roszczyk is an accomplished professional with a robust background in communications and economic development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Communications and Office of the CEO at LTA Research since April 2022, previous roles include Director of Communications and Office of the CEO at the same organization, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship Advocate at the City of Akron Mayor’s Office of Economic Development, where significant public investment in entrepreneurial programs was achieved. Prior experience includes positions as Akron Entrepreneurship Fellow at The Fund for Our Economic Future, Director of Marketing & PR at Akron Symphony Orchestra, and Education & Marketing Manager at Countryside Conservancy, where several successful initiatives and branding strategies were implemented. Heather began a career in product management with Nike, overseeing a multi-million dollar footwear line. Educationally, Heather holds a Bachelor of Music in Voice and Opera from Indiana University Bloomington and additional studies at Youngstown State University.
