Sai Charan Malladi

Sai Charan Malladi is a Guidance, Navigation & Control Engineer at LTA Research, contributing to the development of systems for the Pathfinder 1 aircraft since March 2024. Previously, Sai served as a Research Associate in the Aerospace Department at the University of Michigan, specializing in Multi-Fidelity Modeling and experimental design from August 2022 to March 2024. Prior experiences include internships at Odys Aviation focused on flight controls, where key contributions involved state estimation and control algorithms, as well as developing system identification tools. Sai has also gained experience as a Graduate Student Instructor managing and mentoring students, and has a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
