Phil Bate is a seasoned PHP and MySQL Developer with a robust background in software engineering and application development. Currently employed at Lightfoot since February 2018, Phil specializes in developing Admin CMS systems and APIs for mobile and website applications. Prior experience includes roles at Createanet and Antheus Telecom Ltd, where Phil developed advanced solutions and provided technical support for VoIP systems. Earlier tenure at the UK Ministry of Defence involved the creation of non-critical applications and modernizing legacy systems. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from the University of Plymouth and a Foundation Degree in Computing from South Devon College.
