Jenni Edwards

Jenni Edwards, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Lightfully Behavioral Health since November 2021, with a prior role as Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner. Previously, at Builders Mutual Insurance Company, Jenni held the position of Learning and Development Manager, where key projects included leading the search for new Learning Management Systems and evaluating training programs. Jenni's experience at Veritas Collaborative, LLC, spanned several roles, including Learning and Development Partner, where contributions involved facilitating the implementation of a new HR Information System, developing leadership training curricula, and promoting a purpose-driven organizational culture. Jenni's earlier work includes roles focused on training and operations within healthcare settings, along with educational outreach at the University of Iowa. Jenni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
