Travis Frederick

Travis Frederick is a seasoned professional in the behavioral health field with extensive experience in operations and client care. Currently serving as a Regional Operations Trainer at Lightfully Behavioral Health since February 2022, Travis collaborates with program managers to enhance operational fidelity and training for site-level teams. Previously, as a Program Manager, responsibilities included managing operations of a Residential Program. Travis began the career as a Behavioral Health Technician at SAN DIEGO FREEDOM RANCH, INC., assisting in client care coordination, and has held roles in clinical case management and project management. Academic credentials include a Behavioral Science CADC I from UC San Diego Extended Studies and a degree from California State University, Monterey Bay.
