Alanna Lovelace is an experienced office administrator and clinic manager with a strong background in healthcare administration and patient services. Currently serving as an Office Administrator at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions since December 2020, Alanna excels in managing intakes, billing, scheduling, and medical records. Previously, Alanna worked at Nationwide Children's Hospital as a Central Scheduling Representative, handling calls and patient information. Prior experience includes roles as an Office Coordinator at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc., and Clinic Manager at ALEXANDER RECOVERY CENTER LLC, where Alanna oversaw a medical center and pharmacy. Alanna also has experience as a Consultant with Mary Kay Inc. and provided childcare for various families. Alanna holds a College Prep diploma from Independence High School and attended Otterbein University.
