Cormac then worked as Business Development Director at PixelPuffin from 2013 to 2014, followed by a role as Production Manager at Brown Bag Films from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Cormac is Head of Production at Lighthouse Studios, a position they have held since January 2021.

Lighthouse Studios is a 2D animation studio located in the beautiful medieval city of Kilkenny, Ireland. Creating story-driven entertainment for both adults and kids, the studio develops its own IP and works with content giants such as Apple TV+, Amazon, Netflix and Warner Bros. Its crew is made up of over 20 nationalities and has an almost equal gender split. It is one of the fastest growing animation companies in Ireland. Based in the stunning Hogwarts style building that is Kieran's College, it has the luxury of lots of space set in very green surroundings. Set up in 2017 it is owned by Mercury Filmworks in Canada and Cartoon Saloon in KK.
