Marcia Satie is a skilled animation professional with extensive experience in character rigging and animation across various esteemed companies. Currently serving as Lead Rigging and Animator at Lighthouse Studios since December 2019, Marcia previously held positions as a Rigger at Mauricio de Sousa Produções Ltda, and Senior Digital Animator at PlayKids. Notable contributions include creating key-framed animations for TV series at TV PinGuim and working on flash animation projects at Cor e Imagem and SuperToons. Marcia's educational background includes a degree in Publicidade Propaganda e Marketing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, attained in 2007.

Lighthouse Studios is a 2D animation studio located in the beautiful medieval city of Kilkenny, Ireland. Creating story-driven entertainment for both adults and kids, the studio develops its own IP and works with content giants such as Apple TV+, Amazon, Netflix and Warner Bros. Its crew is made up of over 20 nationalities and has an almost equal gender split. It is one of the fastest growing animation companies in Ireland. Based in the stunning Hogwarts style building that is Kieran's College, it has the luxury of lots of space set in very green surroundings. Set up in 2017 it is owned by Mercury Filmworks in Canada and Cartoon Saloon in KK.
