Ruchi Shah is an experienced line producer currently working at Lighthouse Studios since February 2019. Prior to this role, Ruchi served as a producer and production manager at Barajoun Entertainment from May 2017 to July 2018 and was a production manager at Prana Studio from September 2012 to May 2017, where responsibilities included client servicing, budget management, and on-site coordination for VFX shows. Ruchi's earlier experience includes a role as assistant director at Aryassa Cine Production in 2012 and as vice president of the development sector at AIESEC between January 2008 and January 2010. Ruchi’s educational background encompasses a diploma in VFX from Whistling Woods International, additional training from The Lir National Academy of Dramatic Art, and Harvard Online, along with a bachelor's degree in commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.

Lighthouse Studios is a 2D animation studio located in the beautiful medieval city of Kilkenny, Ireland. Creating story-driven entertainment for both adults and kids, the studio develops its own IP and works with content giants such as Apple TV+, Amazon, Netflix and Warner Bros. Its crew is made up of over 20 nationalities and has an almost equal gender split. It is one of the fastest growing animation companies in Ireland. Based in the stunning Hogwarts style building that is Kieran's College, it has the luxury of lots of space set in very green surroundings. Set up in 2017 it is owned by Mercury Filmworks in Canada and Cartoon Saloon in KK.
