Sarah Maher has extensive experience in communications, branding, and digital marketing, currently serving as the Communications, Branding & PR Manager at Lighthouse Studios since January 2020. In this role, Sarah manages internal and external communication channels for the BAFTA-winning 2D animation studio. Previously, Sarah worked as the Communications Manager at Insight HR, focusing on content creation and managing the HR Room Podcast, along with roles as a Copywriter and in content marketing at other firms. Additionally, Sarah has held significant positions in organizations such as Userneeds, where Sarah achieved notable success as Country Manager, and Maven TM, where Sarah progressed through several roles to become Account Manager. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Malmö University, along with various certifications in digital marketing and creative writing.

Lighthouse Studios is a 2D animation studio located in the beautiful medieval city of Kilkenny, Ireland. Creating story-driven entertainment for both adults and kids, the studio develops its own IP and works with content giants such as Apple TV+, Amazon, Netflix and Warner Bros. Its crew is made up of over 20 nationalities and has an almost equal gender split. It is one of the fastest growing animation companies in Ireland. Based in the stunning Hogwarts style building that is Kieran's College, it has the luxury of lots of space set in very green surroundings. Set up in 2017 it is owned by Mercury Filmworks in Canada and Cartoon Saloon in KK.
