Jason Peters began their work experience in 2016 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Oregon Technical Institute while they were a student there. Jason later joined Rogue Valley Sash & Door in 2018 as a Management Engineer and remained in that role until December 2020. In December 2020, they started working as a Production Engineer at Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions.

Jason Peters began their education at Rogue Community College in 2013, where they pursued an Associates in Engineering. Jason attended the college until 2016. In the same year, they also enrolled at Southern Oregon University, studying General Studies for one year. Starting from 2016, Jason attended the Oregon Institute of Technology, specializing in Manufacturing Engineering and graduating in 2018. Jason obtained a certification in Manufacturing Engineering from the same institution in April 2018.
