Chris Walker

Chris Walker is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in writing for various prestigious publications such as Atavist Magazine, The Atlantic, and VICE. Currently, Chris serves as an instructor at the Lighthouse Writers Workshop, teaching journalism and podcasting classes. Prior to this role, Chris worked as an associate editor at 5280 Magazine and as a staff writer at Denver Westword. With a background in Communication Studies from UCLA, Chris also co-founded Postulate One and managed productions at UCLA Radio. Throughout Chris's career, they have covered a wide range of compelling stories, from the underground cycling culture in LA to the challenges of mental health in the criminal justice system.
