Lighthouse Writers Workshop
Whitney Gaines is a business owner at Theory and Practice Denver, where Whitney provides a unique book club experience for a diverse group of individuals. With extensive experience in education, Whitney has served as an English teacher at various schools, including Kent Denver School and Colorado Academy. Whitney also has experience as a youth writing faculty member at Lighthouse Writers Workshop and as a teacher at Girls Athletic Leadership School. Whitney has a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Stony Brook University and a graduate certificate in Culture & Diversity from the University of Denver. Additionally, Whitney is a certified yoga teacher and has a background in copywriting.
