Duval Miller

Duval Miller has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Duval started their career as an Associate Director of Client Services at Lighthouse in June 2015 and held this position until May 2017. Duval then moved on to become an Associate Training Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Lighthouse from May 2017 to October 2020. From October 2020 to August 2022, they served as the Director of Talent Strategy & Enablement, partnering with C-Level executives and People Managers to implement talent strategies and manage a team of trainers and HR professionals. In July 2020, they also took on the role of ERG Leader at Lighthouse: BEAM Founding Chair. Recently, Duval joined Lighthouse as the Senior Director of Talent Strategy & Enablement in August 2022. Before joining Lighthouse, they worked as a Solution Architect at FTI Consulting from June 2014 to June 2015.

Duval Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics from Howard University.
