Rachel Frazier

Rachel Frazier is an experienced professional with a robust background in event management and design. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Lightmatter since August 2021, Rachel previously held the position of Events Manager at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate from February 2015 to January 2021, where responsibilities included organizing high-profile events such as the Grand Gala for 1200 guests. Prior experience includes working as an Events Coordinator at Winston Flowers, where Rachel designed and executed various events, and as Store Manager at The Flower Patch, enhancing operational effectiveness and overseeing talent acquisition processes. Rachel is pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work at Boston University, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Brigham Young University.
