Dede Ainbinder

Dede Ainbinder is a seasoned professional in healthtech product strategy and data analytics, currently working at Elevance Health since 2024. Previously, at Lightmatter from 2022 to 2023, Dede served as a Product Manager, advising on healthtech product strategy and designing supply chain plans for a surgical suite expansion. As the Executive Director of Business Development at Health Gorilla from 2021 to 2022, Dede prioritized product requests from a major health system and provided strategic advice to the C-Suite. Dede founded a new hospital and a multi-state COVID-19 testing program while at Fidelis Consulting, LLC from 2015 to 2021. Additional experience includes managing clinical laboratory interfaces at Montefiore Health System and project management at Epic, where critical database best practices were taught. Dede holds a BA in Biology and Music from Amherst College.
