Michelle is passionate about building and scaling at early stage companies across various functions such as finance, accounting, business operations, people and culture. Prior to joining Lightning Labs, Michelle led the finance functions at Axoni. Prior to Axoni, Michelle was an early team member at AlphaPoint. Michelle believes in the mission of making bitcoin payments accessible to every citizen in the world and is excited to help build this future together with Lightning Labs.
