Matan Ben-Yosef

Matan Ben Yosef is a seasoned professional specializing in deep learning, computer vision, and generative AI, currently serving as Tech Lead and Researcher in Generative AI at Lightricks since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles at D-ID as Lead Deep Learning & Computer Vision Researcher, where Matan developed algorithms for animating human faces and contributed to major products such as MyHeritage's Deep Nostalgia™ feature. Earlier positions include Deep Learning Researcher at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Senior Software Engineer at Verint Systems, and R&D Team Leader in Unit 8200 of the Israeli Intelligence Corps. Matan holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
